Should the customer have a problem due to a defect in the material, we will exchange the product within 5 days. at no cost to the consumer.

Customer returns: if, for any other reason the customer decides to return the product, the following steps must be followed:

1) customer pays a restocking fee of 35% of the order.
2) $10.00 pick-up fee for 1 ctn. $5.00 each additional carton.
3) a return authorization number must be given to customer prior to return.
4) A call tag will be issued. We'll send UPS or any common carrier to pick up the product. 

a refund will be issued in the same manner as the order was paid
